I worked out a deal with the guy who sent it, I think he honestly did not look through the ammo can, this stuff was on the bottom.
i received 65 good rounds.
I am thinking its not wise/safe to shoot.
I posted on FCSA members forum, and I have 4 replies to say clean it by hand and shoot it?
1)CLEAN BY HAND, DO NOT USE A TUMBLER. The tumbler will break the powder down into fine bits and you'll potentially blow your rifle up.
2)CLEAN THE JUNCTION AT THE MOUTH OF THE CASE WHERE IT MEETS THE BULLET. If you like gas blow buy and primers stuck to your bolt face, don't take care in clean this portion. I'd recommend an awl or ice pick to scrap the verdigris (the green stuff for you land lubers) off. That extra bit of binding friction on the bullet can cause you some serious problems.
If you don't clean it at all... see #2 and and get yourself a solid cleaning rod to be prepared to beat the spend brass out of the chamber from the muzzle end. You'll rip the rim off trying to remove it with the extractor claws on your bolt... I've done it with an M2HB... and if you can get a piece of brass stuck in a chamber that liberal you can most certainly do it in anything else
