The whole ammo thing is a Farce... 
There are not that many 416 guns out there and I have over 400 rounds. I reload for about $4 a round.. not bad, but if you want to get into the 416, it will cost you about $2000 for the first 200 rounds. but then you have the cases and I or ThunderAmmo can reload very cheap. Our reloads load right into the BORS and wow, no issues.. Oh, and if you buy a gun and don't have ammo, call Barrett, they will put you at the top of the list so you have something to shoot.
