Hey everyone...recently decided to climb aboard and join in on all of the insightful and vast knowledge of other Barrett owners, enthusiasts, lovers, and so forth. Recently became the proud owner of a Barrett 98B and am awaiting its arrival sometime soon. I greatly and sincerely look forward to corresponding and reading all of your insights, inputs and comments and hope to offer some sensible and sound thoughts of my own, mind you, I'm no expert. All in all, I feel priveleged and fortunate in becoming a member on this forum.

welcome rick. im not sure if any of are what you call experts, but some just know things others dont and we learn alot from each other. as you will see shadows kitty my be the only expert here.

True....however we do have vast open areas on the Big Island of Hawaii in the less populated areas believe it or not. Every so often the military bases open their shooting ranges for civilians to use and try out their high powered firearms
