The correct answer is no, it doesn't. It puts a check on the government infringing on a right that always existed. We don't need no stinking papers or the governments blessings to have rights. No offense intended to the Bill of Rights or the US Constitution. I wish people could understand what a right is.....

What a POORLY worded question. It betrays either complete lack of understanding and knowledge of the Constitution and it's purpose or a nefarious attempt to get people to answer a question incorrectly to further an agenda.
What idiots.
We would do well to ignore this poll question or, better yet, contact USAToday to help them do their job correctly. I remember once reading that the USAToday was geared to the reading level of an 8th grader. I think that assessment may have been overestimated.
