I'd like to mount an Atlas on my 98b. I need a Picatinny 1913 Rail
attached to the area were the Harris is now. I see some screw holes that
might work, I'm wondering if anyone has done this and can explain
how to accomplish the attachment ?

You can get a short rail (part# 98407) or a long rail (part# 98125) from Barrett.
Lack of planning on your part does NOT constitute an emergency on mine.
