The last I heard the simple possession of MK211 ammo was a Federal Felony because, as Tim pointed out, they are considered Military Property. Real or not I would stay away from it. It is also possible that the BATF could be setting you up. If this is the case then even if they are fake they will have you for conspiracy to commit a felony. Which as it so happens is also a felony.
