Barrett Firearms Manufacturing Inc. (BFMI) warrants that this product was manufactured free of defects in materials and workmanship. For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, BFMI agrees to correct any defect for the original purchaser by repair or replacement with the same or comparable model.

Rifles

Barrett Firearms Manufacturing Inc. (BFMI) warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in materials and workmanship. For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, BFMI agrees to correct any defect in this firearm for the original purchaser by repair or replacement with the same or comparable model.

BFMI will not be responsible for injury, death, or damage to property resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge of this firearm or from its function when used for purposes or subjected to treatment for which it was not designed. BFMI will not honor claims involving this firearm which result from careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, the use of the wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of other than commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition, or any combination thereof. BFMI will not honor claims involving this firearm when such claims are made by the second or subsequent owner.

Apparel

We unconditionally guarantee all apparel products sold on our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item you may return/exchange the item(s) within 90 days. Please follow the guidelines set forth in our apparel return/exchange policy and choose an item in another size or color or receive the appropriate refund amount.

EXCHANGE / RETURN

Return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Barrett. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. For warranty items, please see Barrett’s warranty policy.

Items that adhere to the following may be exchanged or returned within 90 days for a full refund or original promotional value purchased price. In order to properly exchange/return items, please follow the below procedures when returning items.

Non Returnable items
  • Labor
  • Items that are used or damaged
  • Ammunition

Original purchase receipt is required in shipment for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition and include all accessories and packaging. Ensure that apparel items remain unworn except for trying on, and have their original tags as they must remain suitable for restocking. If your product is defective, please see the warranty policy.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange/return is due to error on our part. A return authorization number is required for returns and can be obtained by contacting Barrett customer service at 615-896-2938 during the business hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday. We recommend you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier. Barrett cannot replace or provide credit for any items lost during return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers in other countries should first check with their own Customs Authority and register the merchandise before sending it to the United States for repair. Every country’s Customs Authority has a different procedure and documentation for repairs, so it is important that you check with Customs Authority before you ship the merchandise back to Barrett.
